Nice clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, everyone speaks English, nice rooms, in a nice clean safe neighborhood. Good location - feels like you are in the suburbs with just a 7 minute walk to Amsterdam's excellent public transportation system that gets you all over Amsterdam. A good value especially for the kosher traveller as everything you need is near the hotel. One should take advantage of the bicycle rental at the hotel. A 5 minute bike ride from the hotel and you are in the Dutch coutryside with parks farms , canals and a windmill .

We liked the space in the room and the location - near the forest for cycling in leisure time. Really near a good metro stop and a nice town centre. Helpful advice from staff about where to eat and the goat farm for breakfast (which was delightful!) I especially noticed how kind a member of staff was to a school girl when she came in at the end of the day. When I enquired about this she explained some Ukranian refugee families were staying. I was so glad to see the kindness and care shown in that brief interaction. Small acts of kindness. bravo.

The staff from the start to the finish were excellent. Very friendly and super helpful. Especially Edith she was very kind and patient and very friendly. They were responsive with any issues. It was nice to be away from the city centre and it was very close to local transport. The room was very big and spacious and had everything needed for a week long break. The room was very clean and tidy. Short walk to the local supermarkets. Great location and great staff. Made my first trip to the Netherlands very memorable. Will definitely be booking again!

I was specifically looking for the hotels in Amstelveen as I was traveling to attend exhibition in Cobra museum which is located nearby. Spacious and clean ,apartment like ,very well equipped rooms, friendly and supportive staff, quiet and calm location very well connected with inner city with easy access to public transport. I'd like to specially thank Milena and her counterpart that helped me out with adjusting check- out time! Thank you so much for your support! :) Would definitely recommend and surely come back next time!

It was really lovely. Very comfortable and nice and relaxing. Staff were great. Good to have a selection of items to purchase at reception as there weren't shops nearby. There was a shop at the garage nearby, but it was shut. Great to have a Nespresso machine in the apartment. Great start to the day. There was nice toiletries in the apartment, and nice fluffy towels. Fantastic storage in the apartment. I had breakfast the first morning and it was ok for the money.
